Holy crap, this girl’s head is huge! Kinda freaky looking!
Whee! The Wizard is coming to DVD on August 29th.

Ian Stevenson really likes drawing. His little “creatures” are so random, witty, and hilarious that they just make me wish I could be famous by doing something so simple. Look at the rest of his drawings on his website.
Who knew that power supplies looked so good these days?
This 500W beauty (actually, it’s just a black box. Ha!) will be in my computer in 2 days. It will supply power to my ATi Radeon x1600 Pro. Yum! Games galore!
Check out these amazing photos of Japan at twilight. After reading some more info about the photographer on the website, I realized that he succesfully photographs one of the busiest cities in the world without a trace of people! How cool! [via]
I’ve been watching new movie trailers, and here are some that I find noteworthy:
- Confetti (Fox Searchlight films have been very good in the past, so I anticipate that this film will be entertaining as well)
- District B13 (your typical action movie, and since it’s directed by the same guy who did Transporter 2, you can expect a similar movie experience)
- The Devil Wears Prada (Why did they use the song from Snatch to promote this film? It just makes this whole snippet of the movie so much more retarded)
- Who Killed The Electric Car? (For some reason, this reminds me of a mix between Fahrenheit 9/11 and Thank You For Smoking, although I’m sure it’s about nothing even remotely related to either)
- Monster House (I hate digitally-made cartoons that look like this because the characters always look so scary and impersonal, but if Robert Zemeckis and Steven Spielberg as executive producers means anything, this could be a good movie)
- One Last Thing (A new and very interesting romantic movie. I like the song that’s in the trailer. I’ll go see this!)
Dang good news! The Wii will definitely be priced at $250! Holy crap, Nintendo is going to sell a lot of these consoles for sure. And with a fantastic line-up of games, Nintendo may just take this generation of consoles by storm. Whee! :)
Hmm, there’s talk going around that Canon is pulling out of the film SLR market. This is pretty big news since Canon is clearly one of the biggest camera manufacturers (both digital and film-based) in the photo industry, and Canon’s halting of film-based camera production could easily mean that the digital media format is coming of age for real now. Should be neat to see what comes of this, both for the company and for the entire industry.
Here’s a list of Canon products from Wikipedia.
Umm, to end this post, here’s a pretty amusing and detailed article page that answers this question: How many condoms can you put on a dildo? Over 600 condoms later, the answer is still left only partially answered, and I’m sure anyone willing to continue the “experiment” is all but welcomed to. What did I learn from reading this? I learned that condoms stretch to incredible lengths and widths (much longer and wider than anyone might expect–or need). Also, 600+ condoms is definitely going to cost a lot, so spend your money wisely. :P
Ok now! Life is just grand! :D I hope everyone is having a lovely start to their summer so far, because I know I am!
