Element vs Soul Rebel?

What is up with this Element Unite tee (style #M457XUNI) looking SO MUCH like this classic Soul Rebel Color Of We tee? They are so similar and clearly Soul Rebel’s design has been around much longer. I don’t know what Element is trying to do here. They should just stick to their logo adorned items since I personally think they have one of the best looking company logos ever created. I think Element should stop making the above tee because changing the colors is not nearly enough to call it an original in my book.
