Shakespeare in the Park

June 30, 2006 @ 1:28 am

Shakespeare in the Park is already a little more than a month into production, and you and I have about less than a week left to experience the first play, Macbeth, before it closes on July 9th. The production runs on Tues-Sun, at 8PM (but get there much earlier).

New York magazine gives some tips on how to score tickets for the annual Shakespeare in the Park event.

About.com recommends that people start lining up at 8:30AM (or earlier) for a chance at scoring the limited amount of free tickets (each person is allowed only 2 tickets).

See the full Shakespeare in the Park 2006 schedule. I may go this Saturday, so keep a heads up and see if you wouldn’t like to join me.
