Plans are finished!

Whoo! After days of anxious waiting, Simon and Joey have unveiled what looks to be some fantastic plans for our future apartment. I’ve witnessed the two of them slave away on these plans just about every waking moment of each day for the past week or so (except for when Simon and I play Need For Speed Most Wanted over LAN), and their hard work certainly has paid off!

Norman, Simon and I are now awaiting word from Fada+Mada Corp. to give an official go-ahead for these plans to become a reality. It’s another waiting game, but hopefully it won’t take long for Fada+Mada Corp. to make their decision. I can’t wait to move!!!! :)

Here’s a quick rundown of what’s changing.

• Kitchen gets a drastic makeover; added bar counter with seats; overall room enlargement
• Elimination of room #3 on the side
• Bathroom gets bigger; additional (and necessary) sinks and toilets; demolition of tub and replacd with shower
• Elimination of foyer at the entrance of stairs
• bigger living room and play space
• Added an “official” dining room area
• revision of closet placement and added closets to rooms

Here’s to a wonderful and happy new apartment! YES! :)
