the right moment
There are new secrets this week! Also, it looks like the next Post Secret book will be released on November 1 instead of October 1 (today). And did you know Frank Warren (creator of Post Secret) is set to release another book following the second one on January 1, 2007?

Man, so it’s finally October. Looking at my Google Calendar, it looks like October is set to be one busy (but really really fun) month! So, I’m actually looking forward to it a lot. Not to mention also that my real birthday is in this month. Sorry for all of you who thought my birthday was one week long on Facebook. Oops! Actually, speaking of birthdays, there are sooo many birthday in October. There is not a single week in October where I don’t have a birthday to celebrate. CRAZY TIME!

I got it right! I said in two previous posts that Esquire Magazine’s Sexiest Woman Alive for 2006 is Scarlett Johansson, and sure enough, it is!

Gtalk is open to all now. Yippee! Converts, please come on over!
Google Reader, Google’s online RSS reader, has gotten a much-needed facelift and is now actually useable and bearable. I’m really liking the new way to read the new articles and the different ways in which you can choose to display content. It’s so much better now. Give it a try [again]. [via]

Hmm, I know exactly where this apple tree is. [via]

Well, well! Look at that! Mute Math was Spin magazine’s artist of the day on September 28th!
Check out the Mute Math website with an incredible MTV News exclusive. It’ll be a while until another band trumps Mute Math as my favorite. Bring it on!!
Hmm, now that the band has gotten serious news minutes on MTV, I wonder if that means it’s time to buy tickets early for their shows. Are their shows going to be sold out now? If that is so, then that means I should buy tickets for their November 1 show NOW!!!

Haha, I’ve never had a sweatshirt hoodie with faux-fur lining (although I’ve seen plenty–here’s another from A&F). But I seriously think $100 can be spent on better things like maybe 200 packs of Mi Goreng instant noodles or The Complete Far Side. Joyce, I can’t wait to try those noodles. My mouth is watering at the thought of it!

I have just added Dinosaur BBQ to my list of places to try out before I die. Officially Dinosaur BBQ website here. Here’s the NYC menu.

This was quite a scene on Friday as I got out of class.

Not surprising, men and women have some serious differences when it comes to thinking about sex. This survey is really really detailed…

Please take a look at this: Ask Seek Click

Ask Seek Click presents the first in a series of documentary snapshots depicting true stories in the lives of a cross section of New Yorkers.

I think it’s a really nicely designed website with great video integration. But moreso than just that, it’s a great way to personally connect with people of similar professions and to hear about how they came to their faith and their beliefs and how they uphold it while living in NYC. If you’re curious, maybe you ought to take a deeper look.

Apple needs to be more green.
This game is hard. Drag the dot around. But avoid getting hit. I think the game is called “Sticks”, but I’m really not too sure.

I played with Simon at Gethsemane on Friday. I miss playing percussion even though I do it every few weeks on Sundays (not every Sunday). It was just a nice refreshing time with the djembe of really rocking out and playing hard. Awesome fun.

FOR KICKS, LEAVE A COMMENT.

Good weekend so far. It only gets better!
