Hello all! If you haven’t already, please read my praise for the movie, The Departed, here. I know that my updates have been lacking on the personal level lately, and I apologize. It’s just been so frantic and exciting the past few weeks that I can’t hardly ever find the time to really sit and think back on what’s been going on and what’s been happening. In short, I’ll say that things have truly been spectacular both in terms of school and outside of school. I think I’ll use the last few sentences to start a personal blog post in the future. Until then, enjoy the randomness below, please.
I’ve always known that you could do this, but I didn’t actually try this until tonight. Apparently, to share a public calendar through Google Calendar, all I have to do is send you to the link (in this case, it’s a Google Calendar for US Movie release dates) and then you just sign in and click “subscribe” at the bottom right. So easy. I love it!
This video time lapse of the Northern Lights — or Aurora Borealis — is going to blow your mind. Seeing these things in real life is one of my personal life goals before I keel over and die.
Here are more photos of the Aurora Borealis from various Flickr users. So beautiful!
Remember that horn video that I posted a few posts ago? Well, it turns out the company makes all types of horn sounds for your vehicle and that you can play them and hear them!
You should listen to Springboard by Saturna. It builds up real well and just sounds like a track full of energy.
Remember, if you use Firefox and have the Greasemonkey extension installed (which you should because it’s hella useful), you can go ahead and get the script for the inline mp3 player that will play any mp3 file from within the browser with a simple icon located next to the link.
Speaking of Greasemonkey scripts, here’s one that you can install to make Google’s homepage darker. It’s kinda neat to do and it’s a nice fresh look — if only for a little while.
As most of you kinda know, I’m somewhat excited for the release of Bully, Rockstar Games’ bully-simulation game. Yep, that’s right, a game where you can be the new kid in the halls and get picked on — as well as pick fights with — and just rule the school, so to speak. Anyway, there’s nothing stopping this game now. It’ll come out in stores this Tuesday, October 17th.
This movie will bore the heck out of you. Be careful.
Hey hey hey! LG’s Chocolate phone comes in pink! What kind of chocolate is pink?!
My middle school, Clinton School for Writers & Artists, sits on #3 best block in NYC! That’s kinda cool to know that my formidable NYC years (I moved here when I started middle school) were mostly spent around such a place. Come to think of it, middle school days were some of the best.
This is genius advertising. Get it? Proctor & Gamble…get it? Get it?!

Hahaha, yay! SOOOO STTTUUUPPIIIIDDDD!!!
That’s all for now. I’ll post a picture update in the coming days I think. To everybody who interacts with me on a daily basis — online and offline — you make me sleep happy. :)

I thought there would be more blue and purple in the aurora borealis.
Watching Joey is actually quite relaxing…
I don’t get those Proctor and Gamble ads.
Yo that aurora borealis vid goes so well with the song “control” by mute math! And I am probably gunna get Bully on Tues.
if you ever go to see the Aurora Borealis in real life, i’m going with you. i’ve always wanted to see them ever since i did a report on them in elementary school.
