Got some dirt on my shoulder
Yeehaw! Gmail added some new features that I actually wanted — most importantly, the “update conversation” option!
Abercrombie & Fitch’s Otis Ledge sweatshirt and Hollister’s Breakwall Fur Lined sweatshirt are exactly the same. I don’t know why I just wrote that. I think it has something to do with me wanting to be completely covered in faux-fur. I think these would be fun to wear, no?
Here is Microsoft Zune’s user interface. Suck it, iPod, becuase it looks like you’re about to lose to the new kid in town.

The Nintendo Wii is going to be the the largest video game console launch in nearly a decade. Over 4 million units will ship between November 19th (official launch date) and the end of the year. YES!
I’ve been shooting a lot at school lately and one of the major cool perks about being a student at Parsons is that I get to totally check out really expensive equipment for free (for 24 hours). Recently, I got to have a real hands-on experience with the Canon 20D and the Canon 30D in studio, and here’s what I think:
Canon 20D=Sucks becuase it is heavy and slow. Canon 30D=Super fantastic awesome because it is super fantastic awesome (and it’s super light!)!
The Canon 30D really made use of the fast write speeds on the SanDisk CF Ultra II card I was using. While shooting in RAW, I almost never had a hold up for wait time with the 30D. With the 20D, dude, forget it. I was in slo-mo the whole time. Don’t get me wrong though, the 20D is still a pretty decent camera. But considering that I’m comparing it to the Rebel XT and I think the Rebel XT is better…well, that just doesn’t say much for the 20D. Anyway, if I could, I’d totally buy the 30D — mainly because the 20D is discontinued. Heh.
Next shoot, I will try out the Canon 1Ds Mark II! Mmmm!!
Hmm, Mario Wiki is all about Mario. Could I have written a more redundant sentence?
Heh, Norman’s been talking about wanting to get a smartphone to replace his cell phone, so I thought it was kinda funny when I heard that Motorola code named the new Q Pro (or, the Q successor) “Norman“.
I must have been living under a rock, because I had no idea that Windows Media Player 11 was released on October 30. In case you need it, here’s a site explaining how to install it by bypassing the Windows Genuine Advantage check (which is required — sorta).
NBC’s 30 Rock, one of my newly added TV shows-to-watch each week, is going to be moved to Thursdays sometime in late November. This will mean that Grey’s Anatomy, The Office, and 30 Rock will all be on on the same day! How am I ever going to get work done?!
Even more exciting is the fact that Scrubs premieres on November 30th, so even MORE reason to stick to the tube on Thursdays. Yikes!
Every 6 seconds somebody is infected with HIV. There is no cure. If you take those 6 seconds literally, then the commerical below will totally blow your mind.
Wow. That’s a really fantastic PSA done incredibly well. [via]
Here’s a fun little game: How fast is your reaction time? I am a “bobbing bobcat”. [via]
