My friend Jesse Chun is a wonderful and incredibly talented photographer. She graduated from Parsons School of Design and has recently had her work published in Elle Korea and W Magazine Asia. I really love her fashion photography and would hope to at least some day be even half as good as her. With that said, do check out her website for some of her work. And if you are in need of a photographer, do contact her and see if she’s available. She’s really really good, trust me.
Audrey sent over this distraction game. Just collect the fruits and avoid the bombs. It surely is what it’s called. Beware!
What is up with the internet’s obsession with cats? Here’s another famous internet meme with kittens and domo-kun.
How do the various internet video companies stack up to each other and compare? See for yourself. Damn, how is it that the most popular video sharing site, YouTube, also has the ugliest interface? It should at least be like Metacafe’s.
Banksy, by far my favorite artist to date, has a video up on his website detailing how he managed to put a dummy of a Guantanamo inmate inside a Disneyland park ride. Fantastic video, if you are interested at all. [via]
This is a nice Thanksgiving photo.
Flickr has unveiled camera finder, a section of the site that details the usage statistics of Flickr members and the camera models they may be using. The Canon Rebel XT is clearly ahead of the game. That, or people that are using other SLR cameras are not saving EXIF data correctly when they re-touch, crop, and do post-processing.
The cool thing about this is now you can search photos taken by a specific camera only, and I guess if you wanted to, you could buy it through Yahoo! shopping too.
If there’s one thing that signals the start of the winter holiday season, for me, that thing is the Peppermint Mocha at Starbucks. Something about those attractive red cups coupled with a hot and tasty coffee beverage inside just makes me all warm inside (ha!). Seriously though, when I think of cold winter days, I often find myself thinking about Peppermint Mochas in my hand, shared between myself and a good friend. I don’t really know why that is, but I’m not gonna think too hard about it. I just know it’s a good feeling.
And holy moly, their Christmas Blend 2006 coffee smells delicious! You can buy it in stores or online.
What the hell is Happy Feet about? And why is it getting such rave reviews?! And why does it have such a star-studded cast for voice-overs? I really want to see it.
Is it me, or have the most viewed videos on YouTube been spam videos lately? For the past couple of days, the most viewed videos have featured videos with misleading titles, only to lure people into watching and then wasting their time. This, my friend, I would call spam. I hope it doesn’t continue or get worse.
Haha, how many places can you take a trojan horse? A real trojan horse. Like the one used in the Trojan War.

I took the kids to watch Happy Feet this past Friday. It is a cute movie, but mostly a “save the world/greenpeace/hug a tree” type of movie with a bit of comedy on it. Far from being the best animated movie I have seen (I still prefer Cars and Shrek), but it is not the worst either. As far as the fame… I think people just like penguins look at ‘March of the Penguins’… that was so so so boring, but it was huge at least in the US. So, who knows?!
happy feet was SO cute. and pretty funny. not the best movie ever but made me feel happy. haha.
HAHAHAHAH, I wish I was one of the people that got to jump out of the Trojan Horse at the end.
oh my goodness. distraction game. make it stop. i never knew the true meaning of addiction until now.
