Friday is here and I’m going to class now.

The only good show on MTV at the moment is Rob and Big. So funny. But I’m sad that I can’t catch up on missed episodes through torrent. :(

Hahahaha, what a loser. Britney Spears apologized for partying too much and showing her private parts. She thanks…Victoria Secret. LAME!

By now, many of you have probably heard about the death of James Kim, senior CNET editor who perished while protecting and saving his family in the Oregon wilderness. It is so sad to read the wishes being posted at CNET for the Kim family. CNET put together a video tribute for Kim. Man, even though I never knew him personally, I always watched his video reviews from CNET on various mp3 players and gadgets. It’s depressing to think that he’ll never make another great video review ever again. Let’s hope his family pulls through together.
Anyway, I think we have a lot to learn from James Kim’s last actions in his life. Though he was probably starving and tired and cold, he still trekked out into the wilderness without any real wilderness gear to try and help his family survive. It was a sacrifice that he didn’t think twice about. He simply laid down his life for those he loved most. That’s courage and determination in my eyes.

The controversy surrounding the use of a particular map by the Kim’s that got them stuck has surfaced and it’s good to know that online mapping systems have changed the route from Bear Camp Road, where the Kim’s got stuck, to another alternative. Hopefully this won’t happen to any more families.

Am I the last person to discover Yahoo! TV beta? What a wonderful source of TV show information, not to mention also that it’s a great place to find steaming videos and sneak peaks for your favorite TV shows! I just had to look up The Office there and I found a ton of useful images and interesting videos. Man, this almost beats TV.com at its own game. And hey, it doesn’t hurt that Yahoo! TV beta looks quite nice.

YouTube got a new look. I’m beginning to receive a lot of spam in my YouTube messages inbox. Is this happening to anybody else?
