Because I was bored after work

This afternoon, I began a Facebook wall posting marathon. I was the only participant, and I ended up tagging over 200+ Facebook friend profiles in less than 2 hours (approximately).

Apparently, Facebook has a policy restricting the amount of posts one can make in a certain amount of time, and it looks as if though I surpassed that number…by a lot.

So much so that Facebook sent me two separate emails, one warning me of imminent disablement, and the second telling me that my account had been disabled. The funny thing is, I was posting on walls so fast that I didn’t even have enough time to read the first warning email before the second one was sent to me.

So for now, my Facebook account has been suspended/disabled, and any wall posts that I might have made are “hidden” (or deleted).
Man, I had no idea there were policies on how fast and how many wall posts I can make (I do now though). It wasn’t like I was doing it all on one person’s profile! Haha, but I can understand. I emailed them. Let’s see how this turns out. :) I want my Facebook back and intact!

PS: You all might remember that during my finals last semester, I did something on a similar scale. My account wasn’t disabled then though, so the amount of posting I did today must have been a lot.
