I’m continuing to get Details magazine, despite having not paid for any new subscription. This is awesome. I am now also starting to get Interview magazine for no reason whatsoever. Hmm. Is somebody subscribing me to magazines? If so, continue to do so because I love magazines! :)
As always, new secrets today. They’re weirder this week, I think.
Two things: First, who puts a kitten on their boob? And second, dang, that does look like the Firefox logo.
Kati Kim, the wife of James Kim (who perished in December while desperately trying to save his wife and kids in the dead of Winter), is speaking about how she and the family managed while they were stuck in the Oregon wilderness for 9 days. She also talks about how she was very close to being found a few days early, but weather conditions prohibited them from getting rescued. Also, it seems as if though a string of bad luck and directions plagued them on that particular night. Anyway, it’s a very inspiring account of their survival, if not a bit moving too.
Nothing like some intricately painted hands to make some hand-imals (hand + animals). Ha! I’m so clever.
Have you heard? Hillary Clinton is running for the 2008 Presidential seat!
Mmmm, a Supercard DS One sounds sooooo good for my DS Lite right now. Mmmm hmmm! Mmmm hmmm!
This is a beautiful photo of the Golden Gate Bridge in California. Actually, I guess it’s more a photo of the fence than the bridge. Whatever. It’s a nice photo.
Did you know there’s a movie coming out called Farce of the Penguins? In a nutshell, it’s a parody of the sleeper hit movie, March of the Penguins. Farce of the Penguins, written and directed by Bob Saget, is narrated by Samuel L. Jackson and stars the voice antics of Dane Cook, Jason Alexander, Christina Applegate, James Belushi, Jason Biggs, and Lewis Black (among others).
The movie looks like a total dud. And people on the net seem to be confirming it too. DERRRRRR.
I’m so surprised (and kinda sad, actually) to learn that Superbook, one of the few Christian cartoons I used to watch, was partially created by Pat Robertson to reach out to the Japanese. AHHH! Pat Robertson is crazy!! :(
Here’s the Superbook intro, for old time’s sake. :)
Gizmodo unboxed the Microsoft Wireless Entertainment Desktop 7000 and now it makes me want to get one (they have a hands-on review too). I’m still in the market for a new keyboard and mouse set, so maybe the Wireless Entertainment Desktop 7000 or the Wireless Entertainment Desktop 8000 will do me good. :)
The Logitech diNovo Edge with a MX Revolution mouse still looks pleasing though.
I dropped my phone today on the asphalt road and now it’s all scratched and beaten. YAY! :)
I have the Logitech diNovo Edge and MX Revolution mouse combo! WOOT! I forced myself to buy a wireless num pad. Kkeakekkea.
