They're apparantly targetting Japanese denim companies such as Samurai. Levis went into the premium market for denim about 1-2 years ago and are doing quite well. Their Levi's Vintage Collection (LVC) is limited to Japan, but they are extremely durable and great looking jeans modeled after Levi denim from the past. But yea, apparantly Levis will win this lawsuit and some of the Japanese companies have already been ordered to pull the jeans with the red tabs off the shelves. Twisted!
