Jenna Fischer is looking fantastic in these Blades of Glory movie stills.

OOOOOoOooO! Canon is coming out with the 1D Mark III this coming April for $3999. It’s Canon’s first digital SLR to include a live preview while shooting (like compact digitals and video cameras). Dang the specs on this are crazy. But then again, so is the price. So for now, I’m just looking. :P
DP review has a few more photos and specs.

And thank goodness Canon got rid of the nasty “round-ish” designs they’ve been putting on select PowerShot compact cameras. Those were soooo ugly. They’re back to their senses now though with the new (and totally rectangular and angular) SD1000 and SD750. More here. Yum!
Hahahahahahahaha. Fools around the world can now waste their money on the gold PSP. Who the hell wants a gold-anything?! Gold is such a nasty color. It only works well on some items (like shoes, for example), and let me tell you, it doesn’t work for electronics (ie: iPod, PSP, DS lite, cell phones, etc.).
While natural foods and organic foods may be incredibly good for you, the fact that they taste like this (or try this) can’t and probably won’t entice me enough to start eating organically/naturally. I don’t eat that unhealthily anyway and I figure that anything that doesn’t kill me immediately is good enough to eat (ie: no poison). Hah, ok, just kidding. Well, sorta. But still, organic food really does taste nasty, and I think people are starting to settle on that too because the organic/natural food business, according to this NYT article, is diminishing. That’s probably why Whole Foods just decided to buy Wild Oats (their competitor) — to decrease competition and to hopefully gain a bit more market value. [WHAT THE HELL AM I SAYING, I DON'T KNOW].
We need a Publix here in the Northeast. :)
Speaking of eating healthy…is McDonald’s about to make their breakfast menu last all day? If so, that’ll be great! I love breakfast at night! Something about eating something at the wrong time of day makes my world go ’round.
Userscripts.org (the huge database of Greasemonkey scripts) has just updated the look of their website. On the front page is a link to some popular Greasemonkey scripts, one of which is the YouTube Googler. I just installed the script here at work and it does its job quite nicely. What it does is, it makes YouTube video pages look and feel more or less like Google Video pages (this means larger videos and less clutter). Try it out.
YOUR school could be on the list of top schools the RIAA thinks is involved with piracy. I am very surprised to see that Rutgers is not on this list.
Not all schools react the same way to the copyright notices, however, and some appear to take it more seriously than others. Michigan State University forces two-time offenders to watch an anti-piracy DVD by the RIAA, and three-time offenders could face suspension for a semester. Ohio University requires two-time offenders to face suspension, probation, or possibly a homework assignment on the topic (much worse than suspension). Among the most aggressive, the University of Tennessee turns off Internet connections for second-time offenders until they physically take their computers to a lab where their music-sharing programs are deleted for them.
Geez.
OMG. The Pier 17 mall (the one at Seaport) is going to be razed and talks of a newer and bigger mall are said to be replacing it!
This is just hilarious: Thanks last-minute-arrival-guy. If you ride the NYC Subway system, you’ll know exactly what this guy is saying.
My iPod is all scratched up now anyway, but if I had it new, I would totally put it in Griffin’s reflect mirror chrome-finish case ($24.99). The neat thing is that when your backlight is off, it looks as if the entire front (minus the wheel) is chrome.
Ok, there’s apparently a fire in the building. I’m going to post this and hope it’s not the last post of my life. :P
