The videos make this a long one

I didn’t get a chance to get a free cone yesterday from Ben & Jerry’s! :(

HA! How come I never saw this? Paul from Mute Math makes some sarcastic comments about one of their opening acts on their tour last year. Good stuff, good stuff. :P

Wow, contrary to what I had previously thought, there seems to be at least one good video of a live Mute Math concert that’s NOT from Mute Math themselves. The video above is not shot by Mute Math’s own A/V team, which was a surprise to me because most of the other videos on YouTube of Mute Math are so crappy I want to rip my ears off and my eyes out. This one is actually clear and good.

Oh nice! This performance of Typical on Jimmy Kimmel Live (never posted here before) is quite good too.

White chicks and gang signs. I’ve seen this all too many times.

Ha! This USB food hub is crazy! Only the Japanese will think of such things. I mean c’mon, they made all those Engrish things. They might as well go all out and go crazy, right?

WTH! Central Park was flooded this much over the weekend??!!?!! That’s both nasty and insane!

This has been out for nearly a week now, but I thought I’d share anyway, in case some of you missed it. It now seems that the graphical zoom level on Google Maps is now the same as the satellite zoom level. Previously, the closest zoom level only included 3D buildings viewed at a bird’s eye view. The new and closer zoom levels offer a slightly angled look at major cities (much like Google Earth) and uses outlines instead of solid blocks to show buildings.

Oh that Knut! How cute!

My Munny comes to life in this Kidrobot Munny video. Looks nice.

Remember the petition to Nike to release the Marty McFly Nike shoes from Back To The Future? Well, maybe, just maybe, the petition has worked. Although I think the shoes are an ugly fashion statement, I can’t help but think how cool I’d feel if I owned one of these. Hahaha.
*NOTE*: The shoes are a hoax and are not being made (yet). Let’s keep those fingers crossed. :) Thanks Michael!

Cho Seung-hui (now deceased) has been identified as the shooter in the Virginia Tech massacre that occurred on Monday of this week. He is described as a male Korean, 23 years of age, and a “loner” by his teachers and fellow peers.

Monday’s tragic school shooting at Virginia Tech has left the public quite scarred and horrified. News Designer has a gallery of Tuesday’s front pages from various newspapers. It’s interesting to see how different newspapers choose to report the news (some focus on the heroic efforts of the lost, others choose to focus on the questions that remain, while others choose to just tear the whole “massacre” idea to shreds — sad).
MSNBC has an article of profiles of the deceased, gathering some of the accompanying photos from student Facebook and Myspace profiles (weird…). I should probably change my Myspace and Facebook photos just in case.

If you are in the mood to do a bit of reading, read about the guy who was stuck to his chair by his balls (SOOOOO FUNNY, and I do mean it, you’ll laugh really hard) or read about Flannel Blob’s encounter with a pack of bees (the photo captions are great)!
LOLLERCOASTER for sure! I almost cried laughing while reading the responses to the guy who was stuck to his chair.

Laugh at that! Now, bye!
