Man, what a long day! I presented two different video projects for finals today, both of which took nearly 8 cumulative hours to render. Insane, I tell you! Anyway, the completion of this day just means that I am now that much closer to freedom.
Ugly he may be, but James Morrison sure delivers some good tunes. Above is the track, Wonderful World, off of his album Undiscovered.
Lots of “and then’s” in the whole process to make coins.
Finally, Flickr’s slideshow feature doesn’t suck (as much as it did before). Still not the greatest though. But hey, it’s much better than before. Check out my Miami slideshow if you want an example.
Seriously, why make a URL easier to remember if you can make it harder? The whole idea behind HugeURL is just so obnoxious. But it makes for a good laugh. I mean, here’s the link for Doobybrain.com:
Haha, that URL is totally messing with my eyes.

Oh gross. Bacon is supposed to be fatty, but not that fatty.
This Pepsi Pinball commercial is great! Here’s a larger version, if you want. The song used in this commercial is called Ca Plane Pour Moi by The Presidents of the United States of America. Enjoy!
This just seems so ironic. An advertising agency called DraftFCB Lisbon is using a form of guerilla strategy and marketing to inform people that 1/4 of vehicle accident victims are pedestrians (people outside of the actual car). What DraftFCB Lisbon decided to do was to spray paint the names of pedestrian victims on the black and white zebra lines that usually mark the place in an intersection where people are supposed to safely cross.
The problem with this tactic however is that it seems to actually make people LESS aware of their surroundings while they cross the street because they become obsessed with trying to read what is on the floor. As you can see in the video, people are clearly staring down at the floor as they cross the street. How does anybody at DraftFCB Lisbon see this as successful marketing technique?

Tranformers movie stills galore!
I still have two more finals — 1 tomorrow and 1 on Thursday — until I officially finish school for the semester. Don’t expect any elaborate updates until the weekend. I might post a video here and there for fun. If you’re in the midst of finals now too, then good luck to you! If you aren’t then you are lucky already!
PS: Don’t forget to support Steph this Summer in Kenya! Cheers folks! Be good!
