I got this for a pretty good price the other day off Craigslist. Yum. Finally, I don’t really have to rent out from school anymore. Because of this, my faith in Craigslist has been restored. But still, I wouldn’t suggest people use it all that much. Maybe for some things only.

Ok, I really didn’t know that you could select a range of messages in Gmail using the SHIFT key on your keyboard. Apparently, it’s an old trick, but nobody told me it worked on email! Fantastic!

This is the best advice I’ve ever read about how to ask someone what their name is again:

If you are unable to remember someone’s first name, simply ask them: “What’s your name?” When they reply with their first name, laugh and say “Oh no, I knew that, of course. I meant your last name”. This is a much more acceptable thing to forget–and you still get their full name.

Who thinks of this stuff?!

I don’t know why, but the MyTiVoGetsMe ad campaign just makes me laugh.
