I should have figured this would happen after reading initial reports about customers being dissatisfied with late Lenovo/IBM laptops.
The new estimated ship date for my laptop is July 31, 2007. By the time this laptop ships, it will be obsolete! :(

That appears to be an automated email sent in accordance with FTC rules when an order is delayed and the estimated ship date is more than 30 days from the initial shipdate. Please email me. When your comfortable, if you’ll share your order number, I’ll research and see what can be done to improve the situation.
