Biomega Brooklyn bicycle

Pay no attention to the nasty webpage. Instead, try to focus on the fantastic bikes that Biomega makes, like the Brooklyn bicycle above.

The Brooklyn bicycle is designed with traditional BMX bikes in mind. Heavy duty steel pedals, twin disc-brakes, and smaller frames and tires make the Brooklyn bike seem like a BMX bike steroids.

The Brooklyn bicycle’s most prominent feature would be the extra-fat tires from Chin Chang. With tires like that, this bike will probably be able to go just about anywhere. I imagine that these tires would even save you from drowning since they’d probably float you to safety [note: my own stupid assumption; not tested].

Biomega Brooklyn bicycles come in three colors: black, grey, and brown. It’s perfect for urban mobility in cities and will surely propell you from BMX-biker status to BMX-biker-with-huge-wheels status in no time. Have fun! Wear a helmet!

Oh yeah, you may have heard of Biomega before because they are the ones who partnered with PUMA a while back to launch the PUMA bike. The PUMA bike is based on the Boston bicycle that Biomega manufactures.

Unfortunately, I do not think the Brookly is actually for sale. I contacted Biomega and visit the website from time to time and have been told only a prototype has been made. Is this true? Does anyone know different. Would love to buy the Espresso color. thanks. Andy
