Here’s a panoramic view from 88 Kavanagh Street in the Southbank area in Melbourne, Australia. I shot this on a friend’s balcony at the 24th floor. It’s a fantastic view of the outskirts of Melbourne.
I compiled this panorama using not the standard Photoshop Automate Photomerge feature, but another and much better way using “image stacks”. This feature is only available in Photoshop CS3. Believe me, it works a hundred times better than the Photomerge feature.

I’m not sure how wide of an angle I have shown here, but I suspect it’s somewhere like 120 degrees or something. But I don’t know really. I’m just pulling that number out of my butt. This panorama is 6 images stitched together, so you can imagine just how large the original file is. Check it out.
