I posted about the Polar Clock from Pixel Breaker back in April of this past year. Since then, it has served faithfully as my desktop screensaver (and timekeeper).

Well, I’m just letting you know that the Polar Clock has been updated and improved since the last time I featured it. It still is a screensaver for both Mac and PC, but it now is a desktop widget as well (for Mac)! Also, it has visual improvements that make it easier to look at, like a smooth second “hand”, 24-hour clock mode options, flipping text (for when it reaches the other ends of the circle), and a bunch of technical stuff you can read about on your own.
