It’s been a year since Facebook introduced the idea of the News Feed to its users.

Now look where Facebook is! It’s a tip-top web juggernaut with everybody and their mom wanting to develop an application on the Facebook platform. WIRED magazine has a good look back at how it all happened (and how it all almost didn’t happen).
