Sunday survival
I’m still here and alive! I’m working on a project which is taking up a lot of my time. In other news, I’m happy to report that the light fixture in my apartment is fixed! Yay! I can see the light!
Haha, anybody who has ever seen Fargo will understand why this “Fargo Yeah” video is funny. For those who haven’t seen it, just know this: The movie overuses the word “yeah” quite a bit.
The Amazon.com Mechanical Turk joint public effort to find missing aviator Steve Fossett is actually turning up some clues to older plane crash mysteries. That’s kinda cool. But it’s not cool that none of the clues so far point to where Fossett actually crashed.
Huh! I’ve never heard about the so-called “mystery plane” that flew over Washington moments after the events of 9/11 occurred. And if I believe the CNN report, I guess it could be the “Doomsday” plane that is one of the Air Force One aircraft. More here?
Maroon 5 - Wake Up Call (Live at Fashion Rocks, September 7, 2007). Thanks Flo!
Somebody at Apple screwed up with this particular iPod Touch unit.
Buy some Stok coffee shots. Can’t remember what Stok coffee shots are? See my previous post.
Do I hear a Google Gears extension for Gmail to make it an offline application? Ahh…I hope so!
Apple’s new half-menu-half-album-cover OS interface for their iPod is not winning over many fans, including myself.
I’ve always known about Mailinator, the disposable and temporary email address service, but I didn’t fully realize its usefulness until this week. I must have signed up for a bazillion press kits using a Mailinator email address. AWESOME.
Seth Green joins in on the Chris Crocker fun!
Oh gosh, watching the intro for this Fast Lane Daily clip was painful. Professional figure skater, Oksana Baiul, sounded all too hung up on the words (yes, I know English is not her first language). Eeks.
Peace!
