Tuesday tornado (THIS IS MY 1000th POST)
I know that when major news breaks, Wikipedia entries for that topic (provided there is one or there’s enough information for one to get started) are the first to get wildly edited. Wikirage is a page that shows the articles in Wikipedia with the most unique edits per IP. Believe it or not, this is how I found out that Colin McRae died (here’s his Wikipedia entry)!
First-hand accounts of the events of September 11, 2001, from people who were 11 years-old at the time.
For those of you using Adobe Photoshop, there’s a new Adobe Camera Raw (ACR) 4.2 update. Download it.
And if you use Adobe Lightroom, there’s a new update to that as well. Nice!
This is so weird. MSNBC is hosting a small photo gallery of “pretty campuses” sent in by readers.
MSNBC must be hot for any sort of content because they seem to want your photos of you and a celebrity, your photos of the sky, and your photos of your cool dorm room.
Mute Math Chaos video in typography. This is not an official Mute Math video.
“Jai guru de va om“, a phrase from Across The Universe (song).
A large 15′x4′ PayPal sign was auctioned off on eBay for about $2000. This probably has something to do with PayPal updating their logo.
And finally, if you didn’t already read the title for this post, yes, this is my official 1000th post. I suspect that it’ll take me a lot shorter to reach the 2000 mark now that I’m writing individual posts per topic. See ya there! :)
