Shock-absorbing gel stops egg from cracking
An egg was dropped from a height of 22 meters (about 72 feet) off of a building an onto a very slim piece of shock-absorbing gel. The egg was completely fine after the drop. The same can’t be said of the actual yolk on the inside however. Still, this is an amazing piece of technology.
