Good and cheap: Sony MDR-V150

The Sony MDR-V150 headphones are not the best headphones out there (far from it actually), but for the price of $19.99 (or cheaper), they certainly are one of the best in terms of delivering good sound quality.
My last pair of Sony MDR-V150 headphones snapped when I accidentally sat on them, so I’ve been meaning to get another pair for a while now. I’ve been listening to my iPod with the Apple earphones that came with my iPod, and anybody who has ever used the iPod earphones will understand my immediate need to get any other pair of listening devices.
Unfortunately for me, being in Australia means that I’ll have to pay a hefty premium for electronics if I want to get them right away from a local store (the cheapest I found them, believe it or not, is $45 AUD). I don’t understand why all the electronics in Australia are so friggin’ expensive. What’s the deal with that?
After a pretty extensive ordeal in the search for moderately priced V150’s at a local Australian store, I can finally say…thank goodness there’s always eBay!!! :)
