One of my favorite game series is the Need For Speed racing games. I’ve pretty much played every single one ever since Need for Speed II and I have loved every minute of it. I guess in terms of racing simulations, it’s not always entirely realistic, but they’re still fun anyway. And ever since they began to allow you to modify your cars interior and exterior, the games have just gotten to be more and more fun every single time they release a new title.

On November 14, 2007, Electronic Arts will be releasing Need For Speed Pro Street, the latest (and greatest) Need For Speed game title. The game looks incredible (just look at the screenshots above). And judging by the video below, it looks like it’ll be just as fun to play as all of the other previous Need For Speed titles.

I’m super excited to finally have damage simulation! Whee! Crash crash crash!!
Also, smarter AI drivers! Whee!

It’s great to read the Wikipedia entry on Need For Speed and see the screenshots and marvel at how the game has changed over time. I can’t believe it used to look so bad! Haha!
