Every once in a while, I see a car that makes me think both WTF and AWESOME. Today, that car is the Honda PUYO.

The Honda PUYO is a concept vehicle design that uses no hard edges. The entire vehicle can only be described as “round-ish”. Other than the concept’s unique design and look, the vehicle is also supposedly touting a joystick-like driving mechanism — doing away with the traditional steering wheel altogether. Cool (but I can imagine it’d take a bit of getting used to).

Also unique to the PUYO is a soft-body design that is both safe for people on the road and people in the vehicle. Even cooler is that the PUYO’s body is GLOW-IN-THE-DARK!!!

With doors open, the vehicle reminds me of a lady bug for some reason. Anyone else feel the same?

Check out some more photos inside.
