G-Swing: Swing for Modern Clubbing

I was in a record store in Melbourne about a week ago and found myself really loving the track that was playing over the store’s PA system. I caught up with a salesperson and asked what CD was playing and he told me that it was G-Swing: Swing for Modern Clubbing.
I got the CD from Flo a few days ago and I just can’t stop listening to it. It’s lively, entertaining, and good to have on at any time (studying, walking, ignoring people, etc.). It’s a great album.
Normally you wouldn’t hear the genres of electronic, house, jazz and swing coming together to make music you’d want to hear. But I have a feeling you’ll be surprised by this album’s sound.
Here’s what ABC NT had to say:
G-Swing: Music for Modern Clubbing is remixed by renowned artists ranging from one of Frances premier house DJ’s DJ Brame, Lindstrom (well known for remixing artists such as Franz Ferdinand and LCD Soundsystem) and instrumentalist, arranger and recording engineer Itchy Mango.
If you’re even the slightest bit interested, you can listen to some samples at the G-Swing Myspace page. If you’re a friend, ask me to send it to you.
I have a feeling I’ll be listening to this album for a long time! :)
