I didn’t go to this concert and I wasn’t much into The Strokes back in 2003, so it’s a miracle that I even came across this (I was originally looking for another rare song of theirs).

Anyway, I accidentally downloaded one recording of “Hard To Explain” from their concert at Alexandra Palace in 2003, thinking that it was the mp3 I was originally looking for, and I was floored. It sounded so clear and good! As far as I know, the live CD was a limited and rare release in the UK (I think this is the old Amazon.co.uk page for it). This particular recording makes me really like them. It’s fun to listen to!
