A letter from VicRoads

I got a letter in the mail from VicRoads today (the photo above shows the envelope ripped because I opened it before I took the photo). VicRoads is the organization within the Victorian Government in Australia that maintains road and infrastructure.

Find out what the letter says inside!

NOTHING. The letter says NOTHING. Absolutely zero. NADA. NOTHING. NIL. Empty. Blank. Not even half-full. Bare. Void of substance. NOTHING.

The letter is addressed to the right place, but for whatever reason, the rest of it is just blank!

And here’s the back of it to prove that it wasn’t a case of turn-the-page-over. The piece of paper is just EMPTY. No meaning! I’M SAD FOR IT!!!

Should I reply with an empty letter of my own? I don’t know what to do! THIS IS STRESSING ME OUT!
