Sony headphones covered in Swarovski crystals

In the image above and below, you will find what looks to be a pair of Sony MDR-V700DJ headphones entirely covered in Swarovski crystals.
The headphones were created for the 2007 Swarovski Fashion Rocks event where these headphones were being sold for a hefty $2400+ USD (that’s at least $2200+ in Swarovski crystals).
Pretty, yes. But practical, I say not!
