I’m sitting in my room right now eating a typical late-night dinner of rice, kimchi, and soy sauce. It’s not much to brag about really, but it fills my insides with something hot and yummy quickly, so I can’t complain. If I had it my way however, I’d have myself a stack of pancakes. And if I really had it my way, I’ll make those pancakes come from a can.
Pancakes from a can?! Why, yes! They exist in the form of Organic Batter Blaster, a ready-to-cook product for squeezing ready-made pancake batter onto a hot surface for instant pancakes!
As far as I’m concerned, pancakes have pretty much remained unchanged in terms of the way in which one can prepare and make it. It’s always about mixing the batter, shaking the batter and then pouring it out onto a pan and flipping it over a few times until golden-brown (or if you have one of those pancake/waffle machines, you can just pour it in and close the lid and the flipping is done for you). But now with Batter Blaster, it’s just a matter of shaking and then squeezing the can.
Take a look at how it works in the video below.
The “demo” video above looks fake and seems like a parody of a food product, but Batter Blaster is very much real and very much on sale in select places. New York City and Melbourne are unlucky cities that haven’t gotten it yet, but if you search some other US zip codes, you might find that you can pick up Batter Blaster at your local grocery store. Cool, huh?

it’s organic? that’s pretty cool…
