Events in the Bible according to Google Earth

What does that image above look like? If you guessed the crucifixion of Christ, then you’re right (no points for you if the title of this post helped you figure it out)!

The Glue Society, a Sydney-based art collective, was commissioned to create this work for Miami Art Fair by Eric Romano. [via]

This collection of fictional images depicts how these events would have looked if captured by Google satellite imagery. The 4 images are entitled “Cross”, “Moses”, “Ark”, and “Eden”. You can see images of them below (with descriptions of each underneath the images).

    haha! i saw the crosses and their shadows and thought.. oh airplanes!

    the garden of eden needs some miracle grow.. for the garden of eden.. the green foliage isn’t very green
