Birabuto Kingdom theme music

pixel-mario.gif

Yesterday’s post about the theme music in Super Mario Land resulted in a comment directing me towards a link to download the entire Birabuto Kingdom (apparently, that’s what it’s called) theme.

The mp3 file sounds exactly like you’re playing the Game Boy game in all of its 8-bit goodness. Now, I can port this file over to my phone and use it as my ringtone. Whee!

Download the file here. [1 mb]

Thanks Annie!

Awesome! Thanks. I’m going to use that as my ringtone. Reading your last post got me nostalgic about the game, so I blogged about my favourite theme of the game: the ending. (http://www.vickiho.com/blog/2008/01/the-best-mario-theme-hands-down/)

How exactly do you port a song like this to your phone?

i think you have to have a phone that can play mp3 files. once you’ve got that, you just have to put the song on your phone with whatever cable it comes with.

Cool, thanks. I doubt my phone came with a cable, but I’ll check.
