Check out this Belkin Podcast Studio. It’s a device slightly larger than your palm that sports an on-board two-channel mixer, two built-in microphones, and two audio input jacks (for XLR or 1/4″ inputs) so that you can connect hi-end audio recording devices to your iPod. Once it’s all set up, the Belkin Podcast Studio records sound to your iPod’s memory and stores it as a stereo audio file for syncing with iTunes.

Check out the video below for a hands-on look at the device.

With a Belkin Podcast Studio, I can record stuff, and then use the Belkin RockStar to share it with up to 5 friends! For you suckers who have an iPhone or the iPod touch, be aware that this Belkin Podcast Studio is not compatible with your device.

Available summer 2008 for $100. This is going to make interviewing people soooo easy and fun. WANT!

Thanks for the heads up, Norman!
