		<description>hey you should look into the 10-22 efs lens that canon makes.  if you have a 1.6x crop body, this one is the equivalent of a 16-35mm lens.  which is much more faithful to a wide angle lens range, and also gets you really cool shots.  

it's supposed to be as sharp as the 17-40 and at points it's a bit more open than the 17-40.  i'm guessing you already looked at this lens already, but it's one that i'm saving up to get.</description>
