Firefox 3 beta 3 has a cool welcome page

After you download and install the new Firefox 3 beta 3, you are greeted with this stunning welcome page that features a flying robot blasting off to…somewhere.

I gave beta 3 a quick 5-minute try and the thing that I liked most was the revamped address bar and how the drop-down list of URLs is presented in a better manner. After 5 minutes, I went back to good old Firefox 2 (because as much as I’d like to go to Firefox 3 beta 3, I would rather have my browser add-ons function and work for me). Even so, I must say that Firefox 3 looks pretty satisfying.
