ARBY’S IN MIDTOWN IS CLOSED!

Manhattan Lunch is reporting that the food court inside The Manhattan Mall has been closed as J.C. Penny is set to move in sometime soon. This means that the only Arby’s location in Manhattan has been shut down!
When I first found out that there was an Arby’s inside the Manhattan Mall food court, I was so happy. It was so close to home and grabbing a bite to eat there simply meant going on my usual route to the Subway station. I hope somebody opens another Arby’s franchise somewhere in the vicinity soon.
The closest Arby’s to Manhattan now resides in Jersey City’s Newport Centre Mall. It’s not too far away, but it’s far enough to be sad. :(
