crgslst: A better way to search and browse Craigslist

If you live in a major city, you’ve probably used the free services of Craigslist at one time or another. The site is a great resource for finding a job, getting some help, buying/selling something, or even just for a good laugh (see: Missed Connections).

But the downside to spending any sort of time on the site is that the overall browsing experience is pretty crap. Let’s face it, Craigslist is bare-bones for a reason. It allows any person to quickly see the information they need with the least amount of fuss. But in all honesty, the site simply requires too many clicks of the mouse to navigate from one section to another. And it’s ugly. That’s where crgslst comes in.

crgslst is an AJAX-driven search tool that offers users the ability to browse multi-city Craigslist listings all from the same page. The site loads the results, and you can “save” results in a list for easy and quick comparison once you’ve exhausted your search options. It’s a great way to boost productivity on the site.
