According to Lost Remote, the New York Times website crashed upon reporting the news that NYS Governor Eliot Spitzer was involved with a prostitute. The only other time that the NYT website has ever crashed was during 9/11 and the crash of AA flight 587.

I think the author of the Stuff White People Like blog should write about how [mainly] white people like to “Save Africa”. The blog touched upon it very briefly in the #18 Awareness post, but honestly, “Saving Africa” needs to be its own entry. From my experience, there’s nothing that white people like talking more about than how they adopted an entire village and nursed it back to health.
