Chuck Anderson of NoPattern has unveiled a new jacket that’s part of a collaborative project with Burton for their 2009 outerwear.

The design of the jacket is centered around the idea of “Light Camo“, and it features the same aesthetic beauty that comes from just about everything that Chuck Anderson designs.

The jacket isn’t out yet, but Burton has already begun to build hype for the jacket by showing it off on snowboarder Kevin Pearce during the 2008 X-Games. Kevin Pearce went on to win 3 gold medals in the 2008 X-Games.

Here’s a video of Kevin Pearce donning the flashy jacket.

And here are some photos of Kevin Pearce wearing the jacket.

Normally, one wouldn’t wear a jacket like this out, but for snowboarding on the slopes, this jacket is certified GOLD. It is awesome. I want it.
