I didn’t know that Astro Boy was being made into a CGI film. It’s set to be released in 2009.
The sad thing about it all though is that the film is being made by IMAGI, the same studio that released the incredibly terrible TMNT movie in 2007.
Anyway, here’s what Astro Boy looks like so far in early production.
Not bad. Hopefully the story will hold up with the animation.
