I’ve been listening to Athlete’s latest album Beyond The Neighbourhood for a while now and despite some mediocre reviews, I actually find myself liking the album a lot. I probably even like it more than their previous album Tourist.

I recommend listening to “Hurricane”, “Flying Over Bus Stops”, and “Best Not To Think About It”.

LT writes that Switchfoot will be performing with Athlete at the Rutgers Athletic Center at the New Brunswick campus on May 3 (more tour dates here). I wish I was home to see Athlete! :(
