My two most anticipated albums of 2008

There are only two albums I’m truly looking forward to hearing this year, and lucky for me, they come from two of my favorite musical acts ever.

One album is Third Eye Blind’s upcoming release titled The Hideous Strength (named after one of C.S. Lewis’ books).

The second is the upcoming album from No Doubt which is currently untitled (Gwen Stefani’s pregnancy could push this CD back another year…).

Both bands are expected to release their new material sometime in 2008 (but neither has posted any definitive release dates). I’ve been waiting for a long time to hear new music from these two groups, and I hope they put something out before 2008 ends!
