Google Maps wallpapers

Sometimes when I randomly “travel” in Google Maps, I come across places in the Midwestern United States that are just absolutely beautiful from above. Sometimes the landscape is just a view of a piece of crop land, and sometimes it is the abstract nature of the area itself that gives it such an amazing look.

Now, what if you took some of those awesome aerial views from Google Maps and turned them into desktop wallpapers? Now there’s an idea!

With Earth Wallpapers, the best of the best aerial photos are presented and offered as desktop wallpapers in various sizes starting at 1024 x 768. I’ve already changed my desktop wallpaper at school to one of these images. I love it! It makes me feel like I’m skydiving in the middle of class!
