Element Skateboards have always been on the forefront of skateboard deck technology. Believe it or not, there’s a lot that goes into making a skateboard deck. It’s not just shaped wood boards layered on top of each other. It involves particular wood selects, board technology that most riders don’t even see, and precise manufacturing.

With that said, Element Skateboards has launched a new deck technology they call PUSH Construction. A skateboard made using PUSH construction includes carbon fiber materials as well as Element’s renowned Featherlight Helium construction. Together, this combination is said to deliver incredible response while keeping the board as lightweight as possible.

To help promote the new decks, Element is releasing three boards in the “Positive Negative” line. All three boards are made with PUSH construction.

Here’s a video of the Element Australia skate team.
