The most recent Leftovers post featured the trailer to The Matrix and by viewing the related videos on YouTube, I came across the video above.
Jose Hidalgo, a dedicated film fan has watched The Matrix so many times that he has put together this great video showing just where all of the mistakes in the movie take place. What makes this video really funny is the heavy accent of the speaker. I don’t mean it to be mean, but it’s just funny when he uses words like “aawwweeessooommmeee” over and over again.
If that’s not enough, he has also done the same for The Matrix: Reloaded. Check out that movie mistake video below.
If King Midas wore a pair of Nike shoes, these would probably be it.
I don’t know why these are nicknamed “Golden Dolphin” since it doesn’t resemble a dolphin or have any dolphin looks at all. In fact, it has scales on the back of it, which point towards a fish more than a dolphin for inspiration. Oh well, these are supposedly only being released in Japan (at Stussy stores no less). Those crazy Japanese and their golden shoes.
So check this out: If I sell a lot of crap at work and “gold star” for the month, I get a $50 gift certificate to use within the shopping centre at any store. PRETTY COOL.
It just turns out that I did pretty well last month and my company gave me $50 to spend on anything. So I went out and bought these really awesome classic track shoes from New Balance.
The shoe is called the RC410 and it is a tribute to the old 80’s track and field shoe that New Balance athletes wore in competition. The shoe is real comfortable and very light. And in this grey/black/green color, it stands out without being flashy.
