Porcupines are a good defense against lions
Every once in a while, I get this question directed towards me: If you could be any animal in the world, what would you be?
Normally my answer is a tiger or a lion because I think they’re cool. Sometimes I’ll say that I want to be a unicorn or a fire-breathing dragon. But after watching the National Geographic clip above, I want to be a porcupine. That way, almost no animal can pick me up, eat me, or kick me around. Heck, I’d even be happy getting run over by a car, as long as I know that I’m capable of popping the cars tires and stranding the fool on the road. That’s right, porcupines are the new lions!
