Victoria’s new anti-graffiti laws are ridiculous

Honestly, this is a bit of an outrage. How can they just fine you for that? And how can people in Melbourne not care about this? This affects people that have nothing to do with graffiti and vandalism. THIS AFFECTS ANYBODY WHO JUST LIKES USING SPRAY PAINT FOR ART/WORK.

yeah….
and what about these so called do gooders that have spawned their whole business in the attempts to remove grafitti…where will their income be derived..boo hoo. Surely they dont want grafitti to disappear…hypocrites.
Melbourne’s train lines are painted by some of the best writers in the world…so sit back, relax and enjoy your ride home whilst viewing the a free art exhibition.
The police really have better things to do with their time…surely.
