A new chapter for the site…
So today marks a big change for the site. As of this post, Doobybrain.com is now running off of Media Temple’s Grid-Service. I have left the God-awful days of unreliable DreamHost service behind me (this past week was the breaking point).
If you’re thinking about starting your own hosted Wordpress blog, for your own sake, please do not use Wordpress.org’s #1 recommended host.
Save yourself the trouble because DreamHost is quite literally shit.

Any wordpress blog has problems when the traffic grows, and needs a more serious hosting provider.

So how goes the leaving and your new grid service? My guess is you have seen quite a few problems at your new host as well. I would suggest looking into a host that may be a bit more customer focused.
